Yuki Nakakura ("we") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Android app "CalendarHelper" (the "App").
The screenshots, shared images, and selected text that the App analyzes, and the extraction results (event title, date/time, location, etc.) produced by OCR and AI, are processed entirely on-device. Their contents are never sent to or stored on our servers or any third party. Extraction results are added to your OS-standard calendar by your own action (Section 4).
To provide features and improve quality, the App uses the following third-party services. Information they collect is handled under each provider's policy.
Provider policies: Firebase / Google (AdMob)
The third-party SDKs above may collect access logs, device information, advertising identifiers, cookies, and similar identification technologies to provide their services. These are handled under each provider's policy. We do not independently collect or store such logs on our servers.
Creating calendar events from analysis results is performed by your own action through the OS-standard calendar intent. We do not access the contents of your calendar.
Except as required by law, we do not disclose user information to third parties. Collection and processing by third-party SDKs is as described above.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. The App's analysis targets (screenshots, shared images, and selected text) and their extraction results are processed on-device and are not transmitted externally (Section 1). Statistical data such as usage and crash information, on the other hand, is transmitted to the respective providers via third-party SDKs, but it does not include the contents of the analysis targets or extraction results (Sections 2 and 3).
This policy applies only to the App. For the handling of information on third-party sites or services reachable from this page, please review the respective privacy policies of those sites or services.

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details above.
We may revise this policy as needed. We will announce material changes on this page.
